What Do I Receive?
If you register for the entire conference, your registration fee includes:
- Attendance to the Educator’s Conference on Sunday
- Networking receptions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
- Supply Chain of the Future on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
- Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Educational tracks with hundreds of sessions to select from
- Mega-sessions on Wednesday

Pre-Conference Workshops
CSCMP will be offering pre-conference workshops on Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Cancellations and Transfers
All cancellations and substitutions must be received by sending an e-mail to membership@cscmp.org or by sending a fax to +1 630.574.0989 by the date listed below.
Cancellations
- A full refund minus a $200 US processing fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by 11:59 P.M. Central Time on Friday, August 31, 2012
- Refunds will not be issued after Friday, August 31, 2012.
- CSCMP memberships are nontransferable and never refunded.
- Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the registrant.
Transfers
If, after registering, you discover that you cannot attend the conference and must send someone in your place, you must inform CSCMP in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. Phone transfers are not allowed.
- A transfer fee of $100.00 US processing fee will be billed to your credit card.
- A completed conference registration form the new attendee will need to accompany your request
- If the person substituting for you is not already a member of CSCMP, you must include $295.00 US to cover that person’s membership dues.
- CSCMP memberships are nontransferable and never refunded.
