CSCMP saves the best for last! Join your colleagues Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 8:00 am – 9:30 pm

The Capacity Crisis

As quickly as the economy ripped freight out of the market, the recovering economy is returning it to the system through restocking, stimulus buying, and economic growth. However, as supply lines refill, carriers across all modes struggle to find drivers and know when to reinvest in their fleets, leaving shippers wary of the worst capacity shortage in history. You will gain an understanding of the causes, timing, and potential solutions to the impending capacity crisis by attending this session. You will also gain insights into how supply, demand, and public policy decisions translate into supply chain economics that affect transportation budgets

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about these initiatives and how they can use the information to inform and improve their own impact on CMV safety in the supply chain.
